/in Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon Weekend, Race Events /by jandaraceBecause of participant registration, additional donations, and with the help of We Promise Foundation, Toby’s Dream Foundation was able to send Koby to the Hot Wheels Factory. This brave young man and his family got a behind-the-scenes experience, a private tour of the Hot Wheels garage, and he even worked with Hot Wheels’ talented designers to create his own super-cool Hot Wheels vehicle.
