Mile Matters with J&A Racing
Every month we like to challenge ourselves with a fitness goal that pushes us out of our comfort zone.
Below are the goals our staff members have set for themselves. Maybe one of them will inspire you to try something new too.
5 strength workouts and 5 cardio workouts per week.
50 squats, 50 push-ups, 50 sit ups every day
Walk over the Lesner Bridge and back at least 4x per week
4 core workouts per week plus half marathon training
3 runs, 1 kickboxing workout and 1 barre/yoga class per week
50 push ups and sit ups plus stretching 5x per week
Run twice per week
4 runs, 3 bike rides, 4 strength sessions and 5 stretch sessions
Run 50 miles this month and strength training once a week
Run 3 miles 4x per week and add core/arm strength plus stretching
