After 413 days, J&A Racing welcomes back live events.

After 413 days, J&A Racing welcomed runners back to the start line of a live event on January 30, 2021. A small field of 250 runners participated in the inaugural Sun Up to Sun Down Trail Race presented by Fruitive. While this event doesn’t compare to the thousands of runners typically welcomed to a race weekend in Virginia Beach, Virginia, it still provided the same sense of accomplishment to the ambitious few who tackled running a 5K every hour for 10 hours so they could earn the title of 50K finisher.

2020 By The Numbers

2020 was a year like know other, but it validated what we already know. Runners are resilient, and they are willing to show up. As we look back at all we have been through since the Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend was canceled six days prior to the event, we are forever grateful for our running community and all of the support we have received. Our runners showed up big! Not only did our participants run thousands of miles this year, they made sure there was meaning to their miles by supporting all of our charity partners.
