While we’re enjoying the long summer days, time at the beach, and all those yummy cookouts, it can be very easy to put off planning for the fall. When I first thought about the topic of success, my mind went directly to fitness goals and what it feels like to achieve them. Maybe that is because I am personally on a fitness journey after having a baby, but then I realized, prior to Lucy, I still found joy in celebrating small accomplishments surrounding an active lifestyle.
