As we plan for the 2021 Fall race season, our highest priority is the health and safety of our participants, volunteers, spectators, community, and staff. At this time, we are optimistic that we will be able to come together as a running community and host a safe and fun in-person event.

Race weekend will have a different look in 2020. This year you can choose to chart your own course while granting a wish. Your participation in the 2020 Chartway Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend allows the We Promise Foundation to create a once in a lifetime, dream come true, experience for a child in need. Even though we can’t host an in-person event this year, we can still bring meaning to your miles while you a chart your own course.

Because of participant registration, additional donations, and with the help of We Promise Foundation, Toby’s Dream Foundation was able to send Koby to the Hot Wheels Factory. This brave young man and his family got a behind-the-scenes experience, a private tour of the Hot Wheels garage, and he even worked with Hot Wheels’ talented designers to create his own super-cool Hot Wheels vehicle.
