After 413 days, J&A Racing welcomes back live events.
/in In The News, Race Events /by jandaraceAfter 413 days, J&A Racing welcomed runners back to the start line of a live event on January 30, 2021. A small field of 250 runners participated in the inaugural Sun Up to Sun Down Trail Race presented by Fruitive. While this event doesn’t compare to the thousands of runners typically welcomed to a race weekend in Virginia Beach, Virginia, it still provided the same sense of accomplishment to the ambitious few who tackled running a 5K every hour for 10 hours so they could earn the title of 50K finisher.

Your participation in the 2020 Chartway Norfolk Harbor Race Weekend allows the We Promise Foundation to create a once in a lifetime, dream come true, experience for a child in need. Even though we can’t host an in-person event this year, we can still bring meaning to your miles while you a chart your own course.
Blood Cancer Awareness Month

Our gang at J&A Racing includes Josh Wade, Director of Creative Design and Lymphoma survivor! To honor Josh and to support the amazing work of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society | Team in Training and their fight against blood cancers, a portion of all Champagne Gang 5K registration will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
October Event Update

The decision to shift our October events to home editions was made after working tirelessly with our state and local government, health officials, and race partners to explore all possibilities to host a safe event that includes the celebration we love.
