Until the first official day of Fall finally arrives (September 23rd, if you are curious!), we can’t escape the real feel 100+ degree Summer days. It can’t be escaped, but we can set ourselves up for a successful run by what we wear and how we recover.
When I first thought about the topic of success, my mind went directly to fitness goals and what it feels like to achieve them. Maybe that is because I am personally on a fitness journey after having a baby, but then I realized, prior to Lucy, I still found joy in celebrating small accomplishments surrounding an active lifestyle.
